Luzern has developed a proprietary platform that handles all payment solutions, logistics and deals with all complexities that arise from selling to over 100 countries.
Ten years ago, the team behind Luzern saw an opportunity to use technology to sell products online in a way that is driven by data and powered by people. What began as a simple idea has evolved into a powerful platform enabling Luzern to substantially grow online revenues for global brands.
With a stronger focus on customer acquisition, we were onboarded to develop a new positioning and visual system that would reflect the ambition for the future.
Through a process of audits, VisEq analysis, customer interviews, trends research and brand workshops, we arrived at the proposition ‘Accelerating eCommerce for ambitious brands’. This clear statement of intent provides clarity of purpose and celebrates the focus Luzern place on driving online sales for their clients.
Our design approach takes inspiration from the Swiss origins of the name, with a simple and structured approach to the identity and communications. The Swiss red is supported by a bright colour palette that works with custom iconography and reduced graphic elements to give communications a unique identity with simplicity at the core.
The focused positioning enabled Luzern sales teams to better articulate the core USP’s which has led to the acquisition of higher value clients.
